Mm... Sometimes disputes among civilians. We have a type of person in our population called Relivers who - how do I put this... Sometimes, they lose touch with certain emotions. That can be empathy or shame, which can lead to fights...

Yes. It's big. It's a very old city too.

I think troubles aren't uncommon but I grew up closer to the slums. There were lots of people always trying to beat me up.

Things can be really tough in the less affluent districts. Coene has a lot of the same problems, and I grew up there, too.
