It's considered fictional to most, but it's a place that actually exists. [ pauses to consider how to word this... ] It used to be linked to my Earth, a connection that made the planets have a little influence over each other, though that's been cut off now.
It's a really big and diverse place. Technology better than ours, magic, a whole bunch of different species... but stuff like your Corps are pretty commonplace. Knights with weaponry aren't strange at all.
