I was out at the ocean just before midnight, but I got back and was going to take a shower since I fell. When I was there, there were already a lot of people...

But when we tried the door, it was locked and we couldn't leave. Even with me, Adolphe, and Marcoh kicking it - it didn't budge. When I tried to text you, it didn't work. Same for others' texts.
I thought we should sleep in shifts just in case but... for some reason, I think we all just - fell asleep? All of a sudden?
[ leans in to see the picture, eyes lingering on charlie. ]
Like, from the outside? [ WEIRD. ] I didn't think the doors were that strong, either... I just thought you'd be back later, after I fell asleep.
[ this is where i have to tell you that laurence probably sleeps around eleven or so anyway just out of sheer habit from the tower curfews. he didn't even notice. ]
And they said they found her on the beach. That's... kind of a long way to go in the middle of the night, isn't it? I wonder why she'd have gone out there in the first place.
Right... She's smarter than just going out for a midnight swim.

So... I don't know. I think we have to look at all possibilities, whether it be an accident or something worse happening. But just in case, if you're going out somewhere by yourself at night for the next while, just let me know?
